Appointment of Nerida Caesar to the IXUP Advisory Board

Data collaboration company IXUP (ASX: IXU) is delighted to announce the appointment of Nerida Caesar to its Advisory Board.

Nerida has 30 years of extensive business and commercial management experience. Most recently, Nerida was Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Australia and New Zealand, of Equifax, formerly Veda Group Limited (Veda). She joined Veda in 2011 and steered its successful growth, 2013 ASX listing and subsequent acquisition by Equifax in 2016.

Nerida was previously Group Managing Director, Telstra Enterprise and Government, responsible for Telstra’s corporate, government and large business customers in Australia and the international sales division.

Prior to joining Telstra, Nerida was Vice President of IBM’s Intel Server Division for the Asia Pacific region and held several senior management and sales positions with IBM within Australia and internationally over a 20-year period.

Nerida is a Non-Executive Director of Westpac Banking Corporation and Genome.One, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. She is also a member of the Federal Government’s FinTech Advisory Group.

Nerida holds both a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

The company established the IXUP Advisory Board prior to its successful November 2017 listing. The purpose of the Advisory Board is to be a strategic sounding board for the company and to leverage networks in growing the IXUP business. Nerida joins Advisory Board Chairman Glen Boreham and Advisory Board Member Peter Chapman.
